Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients
- Collect 2 cups of Harina Pan, 1 ½ cups of warm water, 1 teaspoon of salt, and optional spices like cumin or garlic powder for extra flavor.
Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine the Harina Pan and salt. Stir them together until well mixed.
Step 3: Add Water Gradually
- Slowly pour in the warm water while mixing with your hands or a spoon. Keep mixing until the dough starts to form.
Step 4: Knead the Dough
- Transfer the dough to a clean surface. Knead it for about 5 minutes until it’s smooth and pliable.
Step 5: Shape the Dough
- Divide the dough into small balls, about the size of a golf ball. Flatten each ball into a disc shape with your hands.
Step 6: Cook the Discs
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each disc for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
